REFUNDS AND RETURNS
 

When you buy your products at Nānglo we make sure to check that you have the correct product and in optimal conditions. Even so, we know that an error can occur, if this happens we ask you to contact us within a period of no more than 2 business days to present your case. Product changes can apply only if the products have not been used and the packaging is sealed.

 

For specific cases, photographic evidence will be requested to assess the situation and provide an immediate solution. 

For changes and returns on our Website, photographic evidence will be requested in case of requesting an exchange for a damaged, open or broken product within a period not exceeding 2 days after receiving the product.  

  • In case of requesting an exchange due to receiving the damaged product, we will send a free guide so that you can return the product. Once the damaged product is received, a replacement of the new product will be sent to you in optimal conditions. Subject to inventory availability. 

  • It is very important that you take a photo of the product upon arrival in order to validate that it has suffered any damage along the way. 

When sending your change, please send it in its original box. 

Once the change is authorized, we will send you a pre-paid guide to your email. You just have to print it and paste it in the box where your order arrived. You must leave it at a nearest shipping center corresponding to the parcel service or wait for instructions to continue with the collection.

In case of not having the product available, you can request an exchange for another product of the same price or a refund that can be applied as a balance in your favor to purchase any other product of your choice for the same amount through a discount code that will be provided to you. If the amount of the selected product is greater, the difference will have to be paid. In other words, the credit will apply for the same amount that has been paid without considering shipping costs. 

Note: National exchange shipments are made by different parcel services with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 business days.
